Most people call us because they walked into two inches of water and have no idea what happens next. We start with a complimentary assessment and an honest answer — if the damage doesn't need our equipment, we'll say so. If it does, we’ll help figure out what option will be best for you.
Sometimes the honest answer is no: Pull the rug up, run a fan, keep an eye on it. We’d rather tell you that than sell you services you don’t need.
Where it changes is when water gets underneath or inside something that can't dry on its own. Those are the calls where time is of the essence. Waiting can cause more damage in the long run.
None of that is something you have to figure out on your own. We'll come out, use thermal imaging to assess the damages and help you from there.
We're a home restoration company. We handle many different types of restoration projects both commercial and residential.
Burst pipes, failed drains, supply-line failures, burst water heaters, appliance leaks, roof leaks. Whatever the cause, we’ll handle the restoration process start to finish. We’ll assess damages, tear out affected areas if needed, place dry out equipment, & do daily checkups to monitor the job until it’s dried to standard.
Kitchen fires, appliance fires, electrical fires, smoke and soot damage. Once the fire has been put out, we’re here to help you through the next parts of the process. We’ll remove any burnt materials that can’t be saved, clean soot from salvageable surfaces, address remaining smoke odors, and dry water left from firefighting efforts.
Plumbing or roof leaks, moisture that won’t dry naturally, and excessive humidity can all lead to mold growth. We come in to identify the affected areas and help determine the cause behind it. We’ll set up containment where we need to, remove materials that can’t be cleaned, and scrub/treat any remaining surfaces while helping you understand what needs to happen to prevent any future growth.
Strong winds, heavy rain, lightning, hail, and fallen trees can leave a structure damaged and exposed. We’ll help coordinate temporary protection where needed, address water that made its way inside, and remove damaged materials. Just like our other services, we get you back to normal as quickly as we can.
We carefully pack, document, and move your belongings out of the affected areas. Some items need to be stored off-site, others just need to be moved to different rooms during repairs. We keep everything organized and secure until they’re ready to be returned back to their original places.
Once the mitigation side of things is finished, we restore the property back to its pre-loss state. Making it look as if nothing ever happened to begin with. From replacing flooring and drywall to completing the rest of the repairs necessary, we help coordinate the entire rebuild process to get things back to normal.
When asbestos or lead are present, we work with certified professionals to safely handle and remove these hazardous materials from the property.
We bill your insurance directly for covered losses and walk you through the process each step of the way. We work with all different types of insurance providers.

The plumber stopped the water. What's left is everything the water got into — subfloor, wall cavity, insulation, cabinet bases. That part doesn't dry on its own, and it's what turns into mold or a warped floor a month later.
It depends on the size of the loss, and it can be fairly expensive. A water job usually has two or three parts: the emergency mitigation (dry-out and tear-out), which often runs several thousand dollars on its own; the reconstruction that puts everything back together; and sometimes contents pack-out. Added together on an insurance claim, we typically see anywhere from about $10,000 up to $100,000 depending on the damage. The inspection that tells you what you're actually dealing with is free.
Call us early. Policies have time limits for reporting a loss, and claims get denied when too much time goes by with no steps taken to stop the damage. Our free inspection shows you what's actually wet and whether it's worth a claim. And if you do file, you choose the contractor. You're under no obligation to use the insurance company's preferred vendor.
It completely depends on the situation, but 4 to 7 days on average.
Stay safe, and don't wait. A lot of people towel it up, think they got it all, and find out weeks later that water got under the wood floor or into the wall. If it might be an insurance claim, take photos before you move or throw anything away, and call us for the free inspection. Our thermal camera and moisture meters show what's wet that you can't see or feel.
